97 MUSTANG RACE COBRA

Vehicle Description:
1997 cobra mustang 5 speed racecar. Previous owner use this car as a racecar in the SCCA. I used it for school, to get my SCCA regional license. It is fully street legal, and will pass “E” check. Everything functions, the doors have not been gutted and the electric windows still work. I put the radio/CD player, stock steering wheel with cruise control and stock seat back in. I have driven the car on the interstate and local roads, drives great! I bought the car in 2002, for a toy and to do an occasional race for school. I have only put about 700 miles on the car since! This car has 10680 original miles! This car will make an awesome street, drag racing, or road racing car. I have all the log books, if SCCA racing is your desire.

Condition:
The car has a brand new engine with 1 year/12,000 mile warranty. This engine has about 10 miles on it. The defects on the body are: a minor indentation in the right rear wheel well lip, driver’s side upper door and the windshield is cracked. The driver-side fender was tire damaged from racing and was replaced with a brand new fender. The car does have normal race track wear and tear (scratches and rock chips). The car doesn’t have a back seat because of the roll-cage. The seats are folded down, so no barrier to the trunk. The car has no undercoating and the carpet in the trunk has been removed, therefore there is a lot of road noise (pipes and stereo pretty much take care of that). The vehicle is sold as is and I’ve described all defects to the best of my knowledge.
