Edmunds Midget - Copy. Built by Bud Wacholz of Ohio in 1987. The
cage is .095 space type frame also .095 tubing. Last raced the fall
of 1988 in Cincinnati on 1/2 mile track, finished 8th, driver Barry
Gallogly. Overall condition of car is very good. When the car was
stored, protective measures were taken - fuel system was flushed and
pickled to prevent corrosion, all fuel lines were removed and
drained, all fittings were capped and taped. Engine is dry sump -
oil was drained, lines removed and cleaned, fittings capped and
taped. Engine was built by Granny Racing Engines of Cincinnati,
Ohio. Engine is Chevy II, bore and stroke unknown. When placed in
storage rocker arms were removed to close all valves and rubber balls
were put in injector stacks. Engine has E.V.M. aluminum front cover
with Hilborn fuel pump - E.V.M. water pump/dry sump oil pump. Cooling
- copper radiator. Casale In and Out Box. Casale Quick Change. Disc
brakes. Instruments - Joe Hunt Magneto. Front and Rear Suspension -
Coil Over Spring Shocks. Steering - Rack and Pinion - Stiletto. Wheels
- Aluminum and Steel. 4 Asphalt tires and 4 Dirt tires. Complete
interior with all belts. Very little needed to make this car race ready.
