All users who receive a classified advertisement or corporate client advertiser's advertisement served by The Racers Network™ retain complete anonymity where The Racers Network™ is concerned. As ads are delivered, The Racers Network™ does not acquire or collect any personal information about you. Your name, address, phone number, and email address all remain your private properties. Some corporate client advertisers do, however, collect information which is specific to how you use the Internet. Some corporate client advertiser servers note non-personally identifying details such as, but not limited to, the server you are logged onto, the geographic location of the ISP you use, the type of browser you use, and your IP address. This information is obtained solely for the purpose of targeting ads and measuring a given ad's effectiveness of the corporate advertiser client and thier customers. There are instances where a user may provide specific personal information in response to a corporate client advertiser's ad containing a survey, purchase agreement, or registration questionnaire. For such programs, the corporate client advertiser or a third party working in conjunction with the corporate client advertiser acquires this information. The information is then used by the corporate client advertiser so that the user can receive the goods or services requested.

The Racers Network™ regards all personal information collected from its classified advertisers as completely confidential. This includes personal data provided during the registration process. The Racers Network™ does not offer to corporate advertisers any data which may facilitate the sale of advertising to classified advertisers. This includes traffic data, click-thru rates, unique visitor information, web site geographic location, content information, and any demographic information.

For Newsletter and Free e-Mail subscribers on The Racers Network™
The Racers Network™ regards all personal information collected from its newsletter and e-Mail subscribers as completely confidential. This includes personal data provided during the registration process. The Racers Network™ does not offer to corporate advertisers any data which may facilitate the sale of advertising to newsletter and e-Mail subscribers. This includes traffic data, click-thru rates, unique visitor information, web site geographic location, content information, and any demographic information.
